Terms & Conditions

These terms explain the general conditions for using the Youthellennium Media Solution website and enquiring about event-management services. A booking is confirmed only when the final scope, quotation and agreed terms are accepted in writing by both parties.

1. Enquiries and quotations

Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a date or guarantee availability. Quotations are prepared using the information supplied by the client and may be revised if the event requirements, guest count, venue, schedule or deliverables change. Taxes and other applicable charges will be identified in the final quotation where relevant.

2. Scope of services

Services may include event planning, creative concepts, décor coordination, stage and production coordination, guest management, media support and related services as specifically listed in the approved proposal. Any item not expressly included in the written scope is excluded unless agreed separately.

3. Booking, payments and cancellation

Advance payments, milestone dates, balance payments, cancellation charges, rescheduling conditions and refund eligibility will be stated in the written quotation or event agreement. Work and supplier commitments may begin after approval or payment, and third-party charges may be non-refundable according to the applicable supplier terms.

4. Client responsibilities

The client should provide accurate event details, approvals, venue access, required permissions, brand assets and timely decisions. The client is responsible for obtaining permissions or licences that are assigned to them in the agreement. Any changes should be approved in writing.

5. Venues, suppliers and circumstances beyond control

Event delivery may depend on venues, vendors, weather, transport, public authorities and other external factors. We will communicate material changes and work with the client on reasonable alternatives. Any allocation of liability, rescheduling or refund in such circumstances will be governed by the signed agreement and applicable law.

6. Photography, video and intellectual property

Website images and videos may be illustrative unless expressly identified as a client project. Rights to event photographs, video recordings, designs, artwork, music, logos and other materials remain with their respective owners unless a written agreement states otherwise. The client should ensure it has permission to supply materials for use.

7. Website content and availability

Website content is general information and may be updated without notice. Images, service descriptions and indicative examples do not guarantee a specific outcome, supplier, price or availability. We aim to keep information accurate but do not warrant uninterrupted access to the website.

8. Privacy and communications

Personal information submitted through our forms is used to respond to enquiries and manage requested services in line with our Privacy Policy. Please do not submit confidential payment credentials or sensitive information through public forms.

9. Limitation and applicable law

Any limitations of liability and dispute-resolution arrangements will be set out in the applicable signed agreement and remain subject to applicable Indian law. Nothing in these website terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
